In the framework of the operation of the App published by the Company, the latter collects a certain amount of personal data from its Members (hereinafter "the Data").

The purpose of this charter is to regulate the use of this Data by the Company in accordance with the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and in accordance with other applicable French and European texts.

The information likely to be collected on the App is exclusively intented to measure the natural light and sunshine of a place. This information is therefore used to provide our Services to our Members.

All precautions have been taken to store information in a secure environment. The information provided by the Member will never be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes nor sold or exchanged.

Data reported by Members and collected by the Company

The Company collects the data provided by a Member when creating or modifying his/her account and will store such data for a period of 36 months from the last login of the Member to the App:
  • Surname
  • First name
  • Email address,
  • The sphere in which the app will be used
  • Phone number
  • Picture
The Company collects the data provided by a Member when creating or modifying his/her account and will store such data for a period of 36 months from the last login of the Member to the App:
  • the login data of the Member,
  • the unique identifier of the Terminal
  • The operating system of the Terminal
  • The version of the App used

The Company collects the data provided by a Member when creating a natural light certificate of a property and will store such data for a period of 36 months from the last login of the Member to the App:
  • the physical address of the property that the Member wishes to certify,
  • the precise location of the Terminal on a fixed date and a fixed schedule via the App when a Member authorizes the access to the Terminal's location services.
  • features of the property,
  • photos of the property and of its windows
  • technical features of the Terminal.

The use made by the Company of the Data collected

The Data collected is subject to a computer processing aimed at:
  • allowing the Members access to the Services, that is to say allowing in particular the measurement of the sunshine and the natural light of a property,
  • ensuring a commercial relationship with the Members,
  • the technical and practical improvement of the Services.

Who is in charge of the processing of the Data collected by the Company?

The right to object, to access, to correct and to remove the Members' Data collected by the Company

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38, 39 and 40 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law No 78-17 as amended by the Law No 2004-81 of 6 August 2004, the Member is, at any time, entitled to:
  • object the processing of her/his personal data in the framework of the Services provided by the Company (Article 38 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law);
  • object the disclosure of her/his personal information to third parties;
  • access to all of her/his personal data processed in the framework of the Services provided by the Company (Article 39 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law);
  • correct, update and remove personal data processed in the framework of the Services provided by the Company (Article 40 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law).

Procedure for the Member to exercise her/his rights

To exercise her/his rights, the Member only has to send a simple e-mail to the Company, in which his identity must be detailed and justified (by mentioning his surnames, first names, e-mail address and attaching a copy of his identity document), to the email address contact@solen.co

Security of the exchanges and processing of personal information

Solen undertakes to do its very best to protect personal data, in particular to prevent the data from being distorted, damaged or disclosed to unauthorized third parties in accordance with Article 39 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law of 6 January 1978. The Company takes all necessary precautions to ensure the secure storage of your password.

However, the security of your password also depends on its design.

Also, we remind you that it is preferable to have a sufficiently long password, including at least 3 different types of characters (letter, number, special characters) and which has no link with its holder, in order to be a good password.
